Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with iG3 Labs at store.ig3.ai. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Items marked “Final Sale,” “Non-returnable,” or customized goods (e.g., limited edition products) cannot be returned.
Note: If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please see Section 4 below.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: Return Request – [Order Number].

Include the reason for return and photo(s) if the item is damaged.

Wait for our approval and return authorization (RMA).

Ship the product back to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees, transaction fees, and customs duties (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and photo evidence of the issue.

If verified, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, and cover all related shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Downloadable software or digital goods

Perishable items (if any)

Customized or personalized products

Items marked as “Final Sale”
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped.

If an order has been processed or shipped, it must go through the return process once received.
